These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the website, including customers, vendors, and affiliates.
2. Refund and Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal or intimate items
- Sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following scenarios:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged not due to our error
- Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery
4. Refund Process

- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank—posting delays may apply.

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
9. Shipping Returns

- Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana for resolution of any disputes.
